Os povos civilizados só entram em guerras apenas por motivos que são verdadeiramente importantes para todo o mundo.

Com o tema da GUERRA a ocupar quase todo o espaço mediático, das muitas e abalizadas intervenções dos analistas políticos e militares não posso deixar de destacar aquelas que apontam o Médio Oriente como região sempre turbulenta, com imensos conflitos, fonte constante de intervenções e guerras.
A receita proposta, tal como para as crianças malcriadas passa por uma boa dose de educação por forma a transformá-la numa região civilizada. Este é o conceito que serve de base a toda essa construção analítica expendida: os incivilizados estão sempre a guerrear, os civilizados permanecem verticalmente estáveis porque só entram em guerras por motivos que sejam verdadeiramente importantes para todo o mundo.
